Kirby Jackson Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 I didn't see it posted anywhere but read John Murphy's write up in the Bills App. There could not be a more deserving individual than Van. He will forever be the voice of the Bills. Congrats to Van Miller!!

vincec Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 With all due respect to John Murphy, Van Miller IS the voice of the Bills. Sad that he missed those OJ years in the 70s. I wonder what he would've done with OJ's record season?
Kirby Jackson Posted May 18, 2014 Author Posted May 18, 2014 This has to have been one of the easiest selections that they have ever had. Van was amazing. If you guys get a chance you should read the article that Murphy wrote. Van was hilarious.
ChevyVanMiller Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 As you well might imagine, I'm overjoyed by the news. Long live Van the Man!
oman128 Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 Not bad for a guy from Dunkirk. Last I knew Van was down in Florida living in The Villages.
machine gun kelly Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 My dad who is an old timer who loved Van. He hates the newer radio announcers as they are so biased towards the home team. I remember fandemonium like it was yesterday. I was about the 5th guy who made it on the goal post. Then someone ripped me off to try and get up there. It was a great day, almost forgot what it was like to have that kind of excitement about my Bills. Congratulations Van the Man! It is more than well deserved.
