uticaclub
Why is it good for the 9ers to have all #1's for WR and not for us? Especially with the checkered past of Mike Williams
CountryCletus
They don't have all number ones... That was a quote from inside the locker room
nucci
Why is it good for the 9ers to have all #1's for WR and not for us? Especially with the checkered past of Mike Williams How come every team doesn't have all No.1s? Should be mandatory.
Dorkington
Because the 49ers are a legitimate franchise.
MyHorseAteTheKid
Stevie was Fitzpartick's #1 and perhaps neither will ever have that sort of success again...

FireChan
Woods may become a #1. Goodwin may become a Desean Jackson type #1. Mike Williams could be a Vince Jackson/Anquan Boldin type #1. Watkins could become a #1. The difference is that we have 4 very young WR's that haven't hit their peaks. And we have Mike Williams, a player who has been overshadowed by Vince Jackson for his career, but is still very young. Think of Mike Williams as us acquiring a younger James Jones. He's put up some fantastic numbers, but has been overshadowed by other fantastic receivers. Crabtree, Boldin, SJ13 have all peaked. They will not improve in talent or skill, only in numbers because they have a talented QB who will grow. Woods and co. may not have 10 TD's each this year, but that's because they will take numbers from each other. It's like fantasy football. Spiller is a talented RB, but he won't put up 16 TD's when Freddy is playing as well. Just because they have #1 talent/potential, doesn't mean they will all produce as #1's. xsoldier54
Stevie was Fitzpartick's #1 and perhaps neither will ever have that sort of success again... This. I love our WR corps. Stronger than we have been in years. Can't wait to see them in action.
CountryCletus
With the 49ers logic, Buffalo has 90 #1's on the roster right now.... They field the entire Pro Bowl roster, and faced their PS in the SB and won...

luckywarriors
Please stop thinking Stevie 13 was a #1 he will be lucky to be a #3 in SF. #1's don't have a hamstring, back ,thigh and the drops on 3rd down plays. He was nothing but a veteran with bad habits that the niners will not put up with he will be cut next year.
