Based on the comments it mentions law that says if it's an employee of the same school system with a student it's second degree rape. She should be fired from her job, not prosecuted as a criminal. Are we going to start imprisoning people for having sex with their subordinates at work too? He is deemed to be old enough and informed enough to vote in elections join the military sign up for credit cards or legally buy tobacco and porn, he also therefore has the mental capacity to decide where he wants to put his penis. However. ...the teacher excercised very poor judgment and abused her power and position. She violated department policies. She deserves to be fired.
