Trump_is_Mentally_fit Posted July 29, 2014 Posted July 29, 2014 Are woman their number one demographic? Why do they not promote prostate and colon health? That's not the point, you were saying the whole process of raising awareness was BS, and I said you were wrong, which you are. Now, why don't they promote anal health? I don't know, tell us
Chef Jim Posted July 29, 2014 Posted July 29, 2014 That's not the point, you were saying the whole process of raising awareness was BS, and I said you were wrong, which you are. Now, why don't they promote anal health? I don't know, tell us And if the NFL was really concerned about raising awareness they'd raise awareness of something that will at some point affect a vast majority of their audience. Why don't they? $$$, that's why.
Koko78 Posted July 29, 2014 Posted July 29, 2014 Are woman their number one demographic? Why do they not promote prostate and colon health? Because they don't need to pander to their #1 demographic. The league already has them as loyal customers. Those men aren't going to suddenly jump ship to become major league lacrosse fanatics with or without prostate cancer month. The league wants to broaden their market and appeal to bring in women who might not otherwise be interested in football to at least buy merchandise, if not tickets.

Of course that was a rhetorical question that I answered in my post above yours. It's funny that not only has this administration pulled the wool over gator's eyes but so has the NFL.

I'm sorry, you chased your tail around in a circle for an hour, got dizzy and then decided I had the wool pulled over my eyes? Your point that raising awareness is BS is still wrong. Go back to chasing your tail

Those thing, by design, are only helping those wearing them feel good about themselves.

You are actually a good example of why campaigns like that are neccessary. Think of all the other thick headed, myopic, ill informed, dense people out there that don't know their butts from holes in the ground and then you can probably start to understand why a reminder is necessary. But I will not hold my breath.

/dev/null Posted July 30, 2014 Posted July 30, 2014 Whoa. I wasn't aware. We should start an awareness campaign

But I will not hold my breath. what you lack in thought and substance isn't made up for by indulging in such unimaginitive name-calling. just because you've learned that 'ass-hat' is actually two words (but you did forget to include the hyphen), doesn't change the fact that symbolism such as ribbons, rubber bracelets, or pink clothing do absolutely nothing except let the wearer believe that they hold a superior moral position when they really haven't done a damn thing to actually address some very serious, often life-threatening issues that effect millions of people in this country and around the globe. instead of volunteering their time in an effort to actually make a difference, people like you leech off of the misfortune of others for no reason other than to inflate your sense of self-importance and self-righteousness. of course, you're entitled to your own opinions, but I would think that at some point you'd notice the similarity between what comes out of your mouth with what comes out your backside.
