Rayzer32 Posted January 24, 2005 Posted January 24, 2005 I gotta pull for SUs and Philly's McNabb. Even though he is from the Windy City, it would be nice to see an SU QB lead his NFL team to a SB victory. The guy is always smiling and never has anything negative to say. He is a great NFL role model. Lets go Eagles.
CajunBillsBacker Posted January 24, 2005 Posted January 24, 2005 Not a Syracuse fan, so I gotta see how many LSU Tigers are on the Super Bowl rosters..... New England Patriots Rohan Davey Marquise Hill Jarvis Green Randall (blue) Gay Kevin Faulk Eric Alexander Philadelphia Eagles None Guess it's the Patriots! Could never cheer for an NFC team in the Superbowl anyways.

RuntheDamnBall Posted January 24, 2005 Posted January 24, 2005 How can anybody not want to see the Patriots come crashing down to earth and bring an end to the Tom Brady/Bill Belicheck lovefest? Philly and a true gentleman in Donovan McNabb, please.
Grant Posted January 24, 2005 Posted January 24, 2005 I'm rooting for Paul McCartney and the halftime show. But it was a lose-lose situation heading into the week, since I didn't like any of the 4 Championship teams and the only team I would've liked to see win it all was Indianapolis.
OGTEleven Posted January 24, 2005 Posted January 24, 2005 I'm rooting for the Pats because when they get knocked off their pedastal, I want the Bills to be the ones doing the knocking.
Rico Posted January 24, 2005 Posted January 24, 2005 Philly, cause I'm about 90 minutes away & always have a great time whenever I'm in town. not because McNabb is their QB... never been too impressed with him.
Golden Wheels Posted January 24, 2005 Posted January 24, 2005 I respect New England and their organization But I am sick and ****ing tired of having these people I work with who suddenly "discover" football this time of year. They come to my office and flap their gums at me about the Patriots when they wouldn't know the difference between a tight end and their own anus. As EZCBoston would say they are a bunch of annoying chowdaheads. I'm rooting for Donovan McNabb and the Eagles, but I think they are happy just to get to the super bowl while NE is a machine with the sole purpose of winning the title.
KD in CA Posted January 24, 2005 Posted January 24, 2005 I gotta root for the chili, the beer, whatever else they'll be serving at the party, and of course.....my numbers!

Rico Posted January 24, 2005 Posted January 24, 2005 Where you at, Rico? 216330 Northern Baltimore County in MD.
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted January 24, 2005 Posted January 24, 2005 Northern Baltimore County in MD. 216338 Gotcha. There a lot of mulle....er I mean Eagle fans there?
Rico Posted January 24, 2005 Posted January 24, 2005 Gotcha. There a lot of mulle....er I mean Eagle fans there? 216339 Not around the city... other than the Ravens, there's probably more Redskin fans. Further north (closer to Delaware), there are a lot more Eagles fans.

KRC Posted January 24, 2005 Posted January 24, 2005 As much as it pains me to say it, I have to root for the Pats in this one. I would not be able to put up with the Iggles fans if they actually won a Super Bowl. Lesser of two evils here.

She said it was "evil" of me to root against the Eagles because it would crush her father to have the Ealges lose the SB.
