Dorkington Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 Whenever I call up my doctor to set up an appointment, it's usually a week or two out. Is that not normal?

DC Tom Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 Whenever I call up my doctor to set up an appointment, it's usually a week or two out. Is that not normal? Depends on the doctor. I can get in to see my orthopedist in a day. It takes my wife a month to get in to see here rheumatologist.
Dorkington Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 Sorry, should have clarified, General Practitioner. Mine takes about 3-4 months but I am Canadian. It takes you 3-4 months to get an appointment? Jesus. You either have bad luck, or my Canadian friends have good luck (they run in the same 1-2 week time frame that I do).

When i have something urgent i go to a clinic that has walk ins.
