I heard of at least 2 invites, Anthony Barr and Zack Martin, who decided not to attend the draft and instead watch from home, mentioning that there was a strict limit on how many family members/friends/coaches could attend and they preferred a more relaxed atmosphere. Barr was actually in NYC to do a Subway promotion today and was flying back to Cali for the draft.
