SmokinES3
I love stories like these-- a judge reaching a common-sense and just decision. Agreed, we see so little of it these days...

Security
Hey, we all need to get "caught" sometimes, to move forward. I know I was, and it scared me. Good to see. Life is not linear. Edited May 6, 2014 by Security

JÂy RÛßeÒ
I was recently told by a Doctor that I have to lose a bunch of weight or face brain surgery and/or permanent vision loss. Sometimes a swift, hard kick in the ass is the wake up call needed to make a change.
JÂy RÛßeÒ
wow, dude-- best of luck with the weight-loss program! Thanks. So far, so good - 15 pounds in 24 days. Apparently my usual winter weight gain was unusually disruptive this year.
The Poojer
have you given thought to the brain surgery as well???? :-) I was recently told by a Doctor that I have to lose a bunch of weight or face brain surgery and/or permanent vision loss. JÂy RÛßeÒ
have you given thought to the brain surgery as well???? :-) I have actually, and my thought is that I'd like to avoid it. It would be a shunt, basically a drain with an embedded tube to empty excess cerebro-spinal fluid into my stomach. They're very prone to infection and blockage. No thank you.
