CountryCletus Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 so, let me get this straight in regards to what counts for news at this time of year. Bills have the ninth pick. That suggest there will be better players available before it comes time to make a selection. Bills like better players. Best way to get better players is to consider trading up. Bills will then consider trading up, because it's the responsible thing to do. That said, no guarantee they will be able to get a deal done. Which means, Bills will then consider staying at No. 9. Or perhaps, trading down to add pick. The sky remains blue. jw I just spit my beer all over my laptop... Thanks John....

Malazan Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 These two extra weeks are terrible. Hopefully, there isn't a 'scheduling conflict' with a show that couldn't even sell tickets next year.
Kellyto83TD Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 I say do it. We aren't that far away, we need an impact player like Clowney. Screw future picks now, its time we win NOW. This staff may be on limited time and they want their legacy to be they were the ones to break the playoff drought

voodoo poonani Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 For what it's worth, Matt Millen LOVES Sammy Watkins LMAO!
DefenseWins Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 suppose The Bills were to trade S.J. to Oakland to swap picks? and grab Watkins?
FluffHead Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 suppose The Bills were to trade S.J. to Oakland to swap picks? and grab Watkins? SJ doesn't have that kind of value
CountryCletus Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 I think SJ does have that kind of value!!! He has a solid 3rd round value on him... If we could swing this, I would CRAP my pants... Don't get me wrong, I have a man crush with Stevie, but losing that contract, along with an upgrade at WR.... HECK YEAH!!!!

That combined with the amount of talent at WR in this draft.
CountryCletus Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 (edited) if a team is looking for a proven WR to help their team now, moving back 4 picks and picking up a proven WR is worth it... Edited April 29, 2014 by CountryCletus
PO'14 Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 if a team is looking for a proven WR to help their team now, moving back 4 picks and picking up a proven WR is worth it... What proven WR are you talking about?
SBUffalo Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 I think 9, 73 (third round) and Stevie could get to 5.
CountryCletus Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 SJ is an above average starting WR in the NFL... he has proven that he can drop passes at crucial times... but this year he proved he could catch them too... That means he's multifaceted WOW, 9, 73, AND SJ.... I would o 9 & SJ or 9 & 73 but not 9, 73, AND SJ!!!!!!

McD Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 For the love of all that's holy! We still have too many holes to fill to give up that much to move up a few picks. There's still a lot of value on the board at 9 and we can go a bunch of different ways.
CountryCletus Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 More like addition by subtraction and subtraction and subtraction you add elite talent... you lose cap hit, 3rd round pick and starting WR
FluffHead Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 @ProFootballTalk: More talk that the Bills want to trade up http://t.co/YOIqSLWNDB
