I remember when Joe Montana came up, some radio station in SF had a contest to pick a nickname for him. Â The winner was Joe "Big Sky" Montana. Â But the best entry was from a guy who wrote "If your name is Joe Montana, you don't need a nickname, you need a REAL name. I propose Barry Miller."
