FireChan Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 I still don't understand why posters wouldn't want both CJ and CJ2K on the roster? Personally, I think they are very similar players, and one of them will be cheap, whereas the other will be entering a contract year and will want money. And I don't believe an RB who splits carries is worth that much money.
Braedenstearns Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 Worries are over my friends!!! Chris Johnson has signed with the Jets on a two year contract.... Per NFL.com http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap2000000341835/article/chris-johnson-ny-jets-strike-twoyear-contract
YoloinOhio Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 Worries are over my friends!!! Chris Johnson has signed with the Jets on a two year contract.... Per NFL.com http://www.nfl.com/n...woyear-contract I feel like they are just starting! His best days might be behind him, but would have preferred he go outside the division. He has just killed the Bills in his career games against us.
Long Island Phil Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 Has signed 2 year deal with NY Jets. Jets | Sign Chris Johnson Wed, 16 Apr 2014 12:29:09 -0700 The New York Jets signed RB Chris Johnson (Titans) to a two-year deal Wednesday, April 16. Financial terms were not disclosed. FANTASY TIP: It is fair to consider Johnson a fantasy football RB3 or flex option at this point. Chris Ivory is likely to be used in short-yardage and third-down situations and Bilal Powell could see time as the goal-line back. There is a lot going on in the back field and all three should be downgraded. Comment | Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter | Share: Read more: http://www.kffl.com/...l#ixzz2z50quB5F

GG Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 Michael Purinton @NickelCityBills 4m The Bills have stopped Johnson for no gain or a loss about as many times (14) as he's gain 10+ yards (13) Totally meaningless set of statistics, because the 10+ gains could be as high as 99 yards, which we know what tended to happen when he played against the Bills.
H2o Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 Chris Johnson......... ahhh yes, have you met Brandon Spikes? Kiko running loose on the outside with Spikes smashing CJnoK when he attempts to cut back this year? It will be a new era in the B-Lo my friends.

Horrible memories. Chris Johnson......... ahhh yes, have you met Brandon Spikes? Kiko running loose on the outside with Spikes smashing CJnoK when he attempts to cut back this year? K-9 Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 So I guess the story that Johnson was on his way to visit the Bills, as mentioned in this very thread, has been "debunked." GO BILLS!!!
Numark3 Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 Another big name player the bills didn't grab. Hopefully our signings work out I guess
H2o Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 (edited) There is a really long Chris Johnson discussion already my friend. Edited April 16, 2014 by H2o
FireChan Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 So I guess the story that Johnson was on his way to visit the Bills, as mentioned in this very thread, has been "debunked." GO BILLS!!! Everyone and their mothers were reporting that he was going to visit Buffalo if he didn't sign with the Jets.
machine gun kelly Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 Great. He has not been an impact player in years and it is not the line's fault. He made his money and sat back. I'm so happy we did not pick him up. I don't even know why we took a look. Not worried about him at all when we play the Jets. Their CJ will meet our Spikes and the rest will be a concussion. In the Bills we trust.
K D Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 Chris Johnson + Michael Vick...that is soooo 2010 (just like the Jets)
NoSaint Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 Everyone and their mothers were reporting that he was going to visit Buffalo if he didn't sign with the Jets. looks like it has been re-bunked.
Fixxxer Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 He might not be great but in one play he can change the course of a game.
