Buftex Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 Whaley drawing on his Pittsburhg connections. I like it. Was it Chan who stopped the scrimmages with Cleveland?
boyst Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 Whaley drawing on his Pittsburhg connections. I like it. Was it Chan who stopped the scrimmages with Cleveland? If it was during Chan's era I do not think it was Chan who had much of a hand in it. Someone will correct me if I am wrong but I seem to think it was before his time, though.
Formerly Allan in MD Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 Good idea. Redskins and Steelers used to have controlled, pre-exhibition game scrimmages. It worked out well until Snyder moved the camp out of the vicinity of the Steelers' camp. This appears to be a stop beyond that.
dollars 2 donuts Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 Man-o-man, this is like preseason Christmas: Hall of Fame Game and joint practices with another NFL team. I'm looking forward to this all kicking off during the last week of May!
