papazoid Posted March 21, 2014 Posted March 21, 2014 (edited) wouldn't that be sweet ? would require bills making playoffs. it's not that far fetched.....he's off to a pretty good start filling the defense. on to the offense next.. and then light a few candles that EJ plays all 19 baby......lol Edited March 21, 2014 by papazoid
thebandit27 Posted March 21, 2014 Posted March 21, 2014 how about a title change so that people don't get the idea that this is legit

Buftex Posted March 21, 2014 Posted March 21, 2014 Okay..I am optimistic that the Bills might be on the right track too...but let's not put the cart before the horse...
nucci Posted March 21, 2014 Posted March 21, 2014 how about a title change so that people don't get the idea that this is legit Do you think they name Executive of the Year in late March?
Best Player Available Posted March 21, 2014 Posted March 21, 2014 Didn't they try to fix the offense last year? A 1st round QB (albeit a reach) Backup (QB's), A vet QB, 2 receivers drafted, 7-11 signed, More scrub TE's, Legursky, and well you know the other LG. but a legit pickup in Carpenter. This is an Honest question. I thought the emphasis last year was offense?
thebandit27 Posted March 21, 2014 Posted March 21, 2014 Do you think they name Executive of the Year in late March? if they were naming the 2013 Executive of the Year, sure...I don't remember when that happens, and that's not really the point.
PromoTheRobot Posted March 21, 2014 Posted March 21, 2014 Okay..I am optimistic that the Bills might be on the right track too...but let's not put the cart before the horse... Ditto

I'm feeling pretty good about the direction we're headed under Whaley.
BillsVet Posted March 21, 2014 Posted March 21, 2014 Why should Whaley get executive of the year? Clearly it's Russ Brandon who has "empowered" him as the GM. Russ Brandon for executive of the year.
dollars 2 donuts Posted March 21, 2014 Posted March 21, 2014 (edited) If Ryan Grigson can be executive of the year for drafting Andrew Luck, anyone can be. Man, I agree with this. I mean, come on, they made the playoffs but this was a generational type pick that even a layman could have made. Edited March 21, 2014 by dollars 2 donuts
Campy Posted March 21, 2014 Posted March 21, 2014 Okay..I am optimistic that the Bills might be on the right track too...but let's not put the cart before the horse... No kidding. I've been accused of being a Kool-Aid drinker more times than I can count, but man, the OP's getting after it with this one!
Dorkington Posted March 21, 2014 Posted March 21, 2014 The responses basically covered all my thoughts when I saw this thread title. We're still the laughing stock of football (if not professional sports as a whole), so let's calm that talk right down.
Mr. WEO Posted March 21, 2014 Posted March 21, 2014 Do you think they name Executive of the Year in late March? Let's start by winning more than 6 games. If the Bills repeat as "Winners of the Off-Season", he's a lock.
MDH Posted March 21, 2014 Posted March 21, 2014 I'm still waiting for Bills' players to be presented with their offensive and defensive rookie of the year awards. After that then Whaley can receive his executive of the year award.
