Watch this and tell me it doesn't sound like we're in the running/leader for Britt. He says, "I was kinda expecting less" and "our GM". Don't put it past a player to slip up a little and unintentionally provide some insight into where things are at.

i'd say from that interview and just putting pieces together that Carolina would be his first choice and buffalo next.

He also praised his visit with the Patriots. http://espn.go.com/blog/new-england-patriots/post/_/id/4760579/kenny-britt-talks-of-patriots-visit

What he really said was " uh especi uh, was kinda expecting a little less, outta them. To tell you the truth great coaching staff". What in the hell?

He'll want Cam throwing to him, and the lack of competition in Carolina I'm sure is enticing, but it seems he enjoyed his visit. Who knows...

He might get Cam for a few games before he gets mangled behind that patchwork wannabe line they have. I really am going to feel for him this year. I don't know if many remember but I had been very unimpressed with Newton, but last year he seemed to turn a corner to impress and improve.

I hope he can survive 2014, and I do not know if Britt wants to be a part of the organization in Carolina.

Several free agent WR's said they wanted Cam throwing to them. Since they've released Steve Smith and signed Cotchery and Tiquan Underwood.

What in hell are the Panthers doing?

A talented guy like Britt could bail the Panthers out of a dismal off season with respect to the position. But the risk involved in that working out to me leaves the Panthers little choice but to pursue other things like trading for Desean Jackson. I could also see them giving up a lot to move up in the draft.

It is worth noting that Triple lives in Charlotte, too. While most talk around here about sports focus' on NASCAR and the Tarheels, the Panthers are brought up often. Right now there is not much confidence in that FO.

Britt going there would be a bad sign for Carolina.

I would love for the bills to add Kenny Britt with a low risk deal. A young receiver with great potential if he can keep his head on straight and stay healthy.

I'd prefer trading our 2nd to Philly -or a 3rd and conditional pick- for Jackson. JMO.

I'm a big fan of Desean Jackson but I want Marquise Goodwin to fill that role. Not that Jackson can't put up a decent fight for a jump ball, but Britt is more of a Red Zone threat and adds another dimension (namely size) that the Bills currently lack.

I would not worry about signing Britt. I fully expect him to be a Panther.

Not that it's a total deal breaker, but the Panthers are pretty tight against the cap. They're already gonna have to do some restructuring and/or make some cuts just to be able to sign their draft picks, and Britt may not want to wait around while they iron all that out.
