PromoTheRobot
Any difference between the known names or are they all basically the same? Any suggestions/experiences worth sharing? Edited March 18, 2014 by PromoTheRobot
Jauronimo
They're pretty much all the same. I think ScottTrade has the lowest fees per trade at $7. Most sites are $10 for a trade. I use etrade which has worked just fine for my needs. I like the interface. I've been able to execute market trades without any nasty surprises. Plus they let me trade pink sheet stocks cause everyone needs exposure to international micro caps.
Captain Caveman
I like the convenience of using the bank we use for everything else, rates, etc... are competitive with all the other sites.

I use Scottrade, haven't had any problems. As stated above, $7 trades...
BarkLessWagMore
Scottrade also. Very happy with the setup and online access. I use the research some too and find it adequate for my needs.
BillsFanM.D.
I use etrade and like it. No complaints but I can't compare/contrast as I've never used the others.
