Any difference between the known names or are they all basically the same? Any suggestions/experiences worth sharing?

They're pretty much all the same. I think ScottTrade has the lowest fees per trade at $7. Most sites are $10 for a trade.

I use etrade which has worked just fine for my needs. I like the interface. I've been able to execute market trades without any nasty surprises. Plus they let me trade pink sheet stocks cause everyone needs exposure to international micro caps.

I use Scottrade, haven't had any problems. As stated above, $7 trades...

Thanks, all. I set up a Scottrade account today. They have an office nearby. Now anyone have any good stock tips? :D
