That's kind of how I imagine the whole cruise ship experience anyway: sewage filled hallways, no a/c, standing in line for hours for cold food, etc...

 

So it's hard for me to even understand the complaint. I mean, if you don't have a/c, isn't it better that the food is cold?

WTF do you need AC for at sea? Open a !@#$ing window or go on deck.

Yep! And who the hell would use a backed up toilet. That is where the balcony comes in handy! They don't call it the head (of a boat) for nothing! Look out below!
