YoloinOhio Posted March 9, 2014 Posted March 9, 2014 (edited) @Local4News: BREAKING: Lions owner William Clay Ford Sr. has died. Story coming to @clickondetroit I thought this was interesting from ESPN's Jemele Hill because I think the same would be said about Bills fans when RW passes away (with the addition of pure panic if a plan is still not announced), and it is hard to discuss: Jemele Hill @jemelehill 3m Ford Sr.'s death is huge news in Detroit, but there will be some Lions fans who will feel a mixture of guilt/relief. Try not to judge them. Edited March 9, 2014 by YoloinOhio

boyst Posted March 9, 2014 Posted March 9, 2014 How soon before someone takes a shot at Ralph in this thread? RIP William Ford
26CornerBlitz Posted March 9, 2014 Posted March 9, 2014 @DetroitLionsNFL Team president Tom Lewand: "No owner loved his team more than Mr. Ford loved the Lions." http://bit.ly/1gjar6G R.I.P.
CowgirlsFan Posted March 9, 2014 Posted March 9, 2014 Sad. Prayers to the family and the organization.
Dorkington Posted March 9, 2014 Posted March 9, 2014 RIP And yes, true about mixed feelings regarding Ralph... though when Ralph dies, the team might not be in Buffalo anymore.
C.Biscuit97 Posted March 9, 2014 Posted March 9, 2014 RIP And if you honestly take delight in a human being passing away because you feel it might help a team you don't play on & work for, you're a complete loser.
Chef Jim Posted March 10, 2014 Posted March 10, 2014 RIP. What I think is more significant is that he was the last surviving grandchild of Henry Ford.
BillsFan-4-Ever Posted March 10, 2014 Posted March 10, 2014 How soon before someone takes a shot at Ralph in this thread? RIP William Ford twas thinking of it the second I read the thread title. RIP Mr Ford
