Maury Ballstein Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 Watch out for those uptown girls, they've been living in their white bread worlds.
ExiledInIllinois Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 (edited) Forget about the uptown girls, he's probably one of those real estate novelists that never had time for a wife. He likes to talk to Davy whose still in the Navy and probably will be for life. Edited March 7, 2014 by ExiledInIllinois
Dr. Fong Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 My sister in law lives in Somverville. It's a nice little town about an hour and fifteen minutes outside NYC. It would take you an hour from Hackensack according to Google Maps, but it might be worth it as she's paying less than half of what you quoted for a nice one bedroom apartment right in the downtown area within an easy walk of the train.
rockpile Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 I have heard that Montclair, NJ is nice. I used to live in several places Jersey but that was many years ago: Stanhope, White Meadow Lake, Lake Hopatcong, and Denville. It is kind of a purple haze in my memory now.
HereComesTheReignAgain Posted March 7, 2014 Author Posted March 7, 2014 so my other option is Margaritaville...any advice on that general area?
Buftex Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 (edited) so my other option is Margaritaville...any advice on that general area? Watch out for the pop-tops when you kick off you flip-flops! Pretty good bball players from there though. I know Syracuse used to land a lot of Camden guys for some years. Who knew there were so many billy Joel fans? Just don't try to move to Allentown. C'mon man...when I was in 7th grade, "The Stranger" was THE make-out album! Edited March 7, 2014 by Buftex
