That could be said about half of the teams in the NFL!

 

Not to mention that if they want to keep those 6 guys next year, they will actually have far less cap space. Counting the probowl free agents in your 53 but not in the cap is a bit inaccurate.

Cleveland is in BETTER shape to improve than any other team in the league.

Cleveland is in BETTER shape to improve than any other team in the league.

 

Don't forget about a top 10 defense too! I think this is a team next year that can make the playoffs with Hoyer as their QB. I could see Pettines defense carrying this team. Now if they hit this 2014 draft I think they are in great position to build sustainable success for many years to come. This is how dynasty's are built. Not many teams are in the position that Cleveland is in with their current core, cap space that gives them flexibilty with their core of players and free agency as well as their superb 2014 draft position.
