IDBillzFan
In fairness, Temecula is a pretty rough place. Rolling hills, wineries, golf courses, bed and breakfasts. The kid was lucky to get out alive. and this is why we need to give a test to people who want to own guns. If you think you need to answer the door with a gun in your hand. your next thought should be run out the back door I believe proper protocol per recommendations from the federal government is to unload two shotgun blasts outside off your back porch. Chef Jim
Callaway used to make a decent Fumé Blanc. I haven't been to Temecula in over 5 years. Since I've moved to the Bay Area I've been spoiled when it comes to wine.

Temecula is to NoCal wine like a kiddie pool is to Sea World, but wine aside, it's a beautiful area.

IDBillzFan
No selling cookies to people with the munchies. http://www.huffingto..._n_4847290.html A post on the official GSCO Facebook page noted Friday that cookie sales also aren't allowed outside of bars, strip clubs or casinos. ExiledInIllinois
I am shocked... Girl Scouts got the Boy Scouts beat when it comes to capitalism and good business model. Now, the Girl Scouts won't turn a buck and go where the customers are! They mine as well go to the Boy Scout model and do cheerful service and help others for free... That is so 1910! Fan in San Diego
a slight variant to GS selling cookies in Colorado (or Washington) a GS was told by police to stop selling cookies outside of a marijuana dispensary . I wonder what that reason cited was? Seems pretty harmless to me if the GS's parent is right there supervising.
Fan in San Diego
I haven't been to Temecula in over 5 years. Since I've moved to the Bay Area I've been spoiled when it comes to wine. I'm not too familiar with Temecula Wineries, but I grow wine grapes in Ramona, Ca., that's in north east San Diego county, There are three AVA's, San Pasqual, Highland Valley and Ramona. I'm in the Highland Valley AVA (Or should be anyways). I used to grow in the San Pasqual Valley. There are a bunch of wineries that are starting to make good wines. If you are ever in San Diego, you should tour a few of the wineries, small, intimate and good wine.
