Cops come... call in a Predator drone. SWAT team comes. Guy "terrorizes cops", gets arrested for resisting arrest/"terrorizing cops". Cattle rustling charges are dropped. These Rules instructed the HRT snipers that before a surrender announcement was made they could and should shoot all armed adult males appearing outside the cabin.
