Charlie68 Posted January 22, 2005 Posted January 22, 2005 36 first Bills season I can remeber is 1979 with Joe Feguson throwing to rookie Jerry Butler - Bills made a little run mid season & there was hope for playoffs for the first time in years. That got me hooked, although they didnt make it. (My first memory of a Bills disappointment) The following year Bills started the season 5-0 and Ive been semi-obsessed ever since
***PetrinoInAlbany*** Posted January 22, 2005 Posted January 22, 2005 45. Bills fan since '68. Yeah, I got hooked when I was nine. It's worse than heroin, man. Worst addiction episode, 1993. I was months behind on the rent, and driving a ten year old car with well over a hundred grand on the odo. So what did I do? Naturally, I went to Pasadena to attend the Super Bowl. (*sigh*) Like I said... worse than heroin, man.

rockpile Posted January 23, 2005 Posted January 23, 2005 We used to emulate Jack Kemp out there when kids actually played football in the street. At least until the street lights came on... 214524[/snapback] Right..... Go down to Bogie's driveway, loop around the telephone pole, hop the ditch, and do a button hook. When you turn the ball will be there. One of my best streetball memories: I played QB on a double reverse pass. I went from QB to receiver. We faked everyone, but I was sprinting down the street and had to catch the pass over my head with my finger tips in stride. Then I had to out race my older brother to get the TD. I will never forget the look on his face when he realized what we were doing but I had three steps on him. He was fast but it was too late.
