inkman
I thought they could have made it at least a 2 or 3 season show. I did enjoy what was offered. I really enjoy Tim Roth's work but I don't think this was near his finest.
Kevin
They could've definitely made it a multi-season show. Maybe this will open the door for more shows like this. I've always been curious about what it was like during the various gold rushes on this continent.
BillsFan-4-Ever
DVD'd it, watched it yesterday, Liked most of it, expected one part near the end. Just can't figure out the exact reason for the lat part of his life story.
Clippers of Nfl
DVD'd it, watched it yesterday, Liked most of it, expected one part near the end. Just can't figure out the exact reason for the lat part of his life story. The show was misleading. They made Haskell to be a super wise intellectual super being. He ended up being just a lucky dumbass. The Belinda story was worse. Rich TWICE to become a housekeeper. Sad. I enjoyed it. You enjoy anything that has a sex scene. BillsFan-4-Ever
The show was misleading. They made Haskell to be a super wise intellectual super being. And she ended up being what she said would happen to he if she left with him. a housekeeper. The actual story of Belinda Mulrooney (Google search, and Wikipedia) said that she actually was married to the Count. which to believe the referenced movie history or WIKKI? there seems to be more history on Belinda than Haskell. I also enjoyed the mention of Jack London Edited January 28, 2014 by BillsFan-4-Ever
