ICanSleepWhenI'mDead Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 (edited) Apparently, country singer Trace Adkins was on a country music themed cruise and got into a drunken fight with his own impersonator: http://dlisted.com/2...-a-cruise-ship/ Must have felt like brawling with your mirror. That's pretty funny IMO, but it got better when I did a quick google search and found the following lyrics for his song "Fightin' Words" - - maybe the impersonator dissed his dog or his mama or his woman: So one slip of the tongue 'bout my dog Or my woman Or this country that I proudly serve You'll see a side of me man That you damn sure don't wanna Cause them there's fightin' words http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bO1EwCq4b9w Edited January 17, 2014 by Beerball
boyst Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 This dude only ever had 2 or 3 actual quality songs and a handful of other good ones He is that borderline fringe country musician who tries to stay relevant by cheese puff pandering about America and being a big tough redneck. For those wondering, his best songs: Every Light In The House Is On, Help Me Understand, There's a Girl In Texas, This Ain't No Thinkin Thing, Lonely Won't Leave Me Alone, and I'm Tryin. He, Alan Jackson, Toby Keith and 99% of the country singers out now are just personified rednecks trying to mock the image of Waylon Jennings but do so horribly. Their ignorant hillbilly act, aw shucks church boy and loving America schtick is just a crock. At least Garth Brooks had some flare and did not sell the whole ignorant rough tough hillbilly redneck act or the God loves me, I am an American crap.
