Donald Duck Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 Not sure why Buffalo would even be interested in AVP, Whats Jim Fassel doing these days?
Doc Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 Not sure how the average fan can judge whether or not a QB coach is any good. I guess whatever team has a good QB, has a good QB coach? Is it the player, or the coach, where is the credit dished out? Is Andrew Luck's coach great? Is it Harbaugh or Geep Chryst (or Kaepernik) for the 49'ers? How are you guys measuring QB coaches? Good question. AVP was the QB coach for the Bills in 2008 when they had Trent and JP, and QB/OC in 2009 when he had Fitz and Trent. Not really much to go on and pulling double duty as OC (which he isn't suited for) didn't really help him as a QB coach (much like Hackett). However in 2008, Trent was doing well, until he got blasted by Adrian Wilson, and went to pot.

Sisyphean Bills Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 Oh, please. Smoking pot could explain a few things actually...
