Great run blocker, has struggled in pass protection all season I find it weird that people compare Weddle and Byrd. Byrd is about a thousand times better. Byrd is significantly better than Weddle. I watch a lot of SD games. He is hugely popular in SD and is the second highest paid player on the team behind Rivers. They needed 2 scores anyway, and they just used up more time (but ended up with a field goal anyway).
