Charles Romes
Was not impressed with Winston first time I saw his highlight video. S-L-O-W release. Takes forever for him to set and throw. Manual has issues but seems to have more NFL upside with his compact throwing motion and effortless downfield throwing ability.
tito1
Juan Pablo Montoya? Who was it that made the comment about him and eating tacos? Was that musberger? I heard it live and busted out laughing

He's only making 1 read and throwing. Looks pretty raw to me. Definitely not someone I trust more starting right away opposed to EJ. Edit: he just fumbled Edited January 7, 2014 by Bangarang

PolishDave
Cool part about this game is FSU has enough talent to come back in this game. Could be a really good 2nd half. Or not...
Sisyphean Bills
So, Winston won the Heisman, right? Happy Birthday, Jameis.

John in Jax
Wonder if this game (so far) has anything to do with FSU's very weak strength of schedule this year? LOL
Sisyphean Bills
Cant believe its the end of the BCS. Its strange though. Like Herbstreit and Mussburger pointed out... this may be the best slate of BCS we have gotten to date. Mercy rule? Looked good in pre-hype. TheMunsch
A choking victim can't speak or breathe and needs your help immediately. Follow these steps to help a choking victim: From behind, wrap your arms around the victim's waist. Make a fist and place the thumb side of your fist against the victim's upper abdomen, below the ribcage and above the navel. Grasp your fist with your other hand and press into their upper abdomen with a quick upward thrust. Do not squeeze the ribcage; confine the force of the thrust to your hands. Repeat until object is expelled. Just a observation on how Winston is playing so far Edited January 7, 2014 by TheMunsch

Buftex
If I were an Alabama fan, not sure exactly why, but it would really piss me off to see my headcoach, Nick Saban analyzing the championship game...you know, the one his team was supposed to win? How much money is enough for some of these guys? Don't know why, but it just strikes me as very weak...like the cuckold husband... Besides, there's a difference between knee-jerk "this guy is not playing well" vs. "this guy will never make it in the NFL, his release and mechanics are awful" after a 3 and out in one game. FireChan
what if his mechanics have been bad all year? I have never seen a single poster say anything bad about Winston until today. So they chose the absolute perfect time to come out of the woodwork and give their analysis.
PolishDave
Even in college ball, the refs still leave you scratching your head a lot. Man those zebras have an awful lot of influence in the game. And so much of it goes unnoticed.

What part about his delivery, footwork, or progressions is inaccurate?

What part about his delivery, footwork, or progressions is inaccurate? You tell me. You're the one with the expert analysis on his only bad game of the year. Where were you when he destroyed every other team he played this year? Biding your time for him to look bad so you can prove you knew it all along?
