FireChan Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 AJ Green.....Cut Him! To think, we could have had that monster Dareus. Not some bum who can't make a play when it matters.
tito1 Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 AJ Green.....Cut Him! This joke is getting quite old, lets relax on the sarcasm
San Jose Bills Fan Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 If the Bengals lose this game, should Marvin Lewis be fired? I say no. For the first time in team history, the team made the playoffs 3 seasons in a row. Marvin is a good coach hired by a perennially inept organization. They have to upgrade at QB. Dalton has plenty of weapons around him and Jay Gruden is a highly-respected coordinator. Dalton has to go in order for the Bengals to make the next step.
Special K Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 AJ Green.....Cut Him! C'mon Vader, that wasn't a drop, the defender knocked it out of there. Even if it was a drop, How many game winning plays has Green made in his career? SJ has lost more games for the Bills than he has won by a wide margin.....and that's why people call for him to be cut or released(including me).
Big Turk Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 Dalton showing he is Fitzpatrick with a better arm and elite weapons... he is good enough to get them to the playoffs but not good enough to win once there...
Max997 Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 I picked the Chargers JB this game but wow are the Bengals awful today I really like Melvin Ingram. Was t sure about him coming out of college but he looks like a really good player
BuffaloBillsForever Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 (edited) I like the new staff in San Diego and Rivers has been on fire this year. It always comes down to that. Look at New England this year: Depleted roster, but it all goes through Brady and Belichick. San Deigo's coaching staff is super impressive. If you look at their entire coaching staff list it is the deepest staff in the NFL from top to bottom. Edited January 5, 2014 by BuffaloBillsForever

I think the Bengals need to go with someone new.
John in Jax Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 The sad part is that if Lewis gets fired, he'll probably get snatched up by another team asap (for HC job). The ole coaching carousel!
BringBackFergy Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 Chas Reingold is a MAN out there for San Diego!! Did you see the hole Chas created for that TD by Matthews?? I knew Rhinegold was a keeper. We should get a compensatory pick just for that run alone.....dude opened up the Grand Canyon on that play.
BuffaloBillsForever Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 An MVP (IMO) Philip Rivers led Chargers team protected by the scheme of Joe D'Alessandris and gameplan of Mike McCoy is my sleeper, surprise pick for the superbowl. The run to the superbowl begins...

Lewis' career winning percentage: 51% Cinci's all-time winning percentage without Lewis: 43% He's done a good job with a reputedly cheap and mismanaged organization, IMO.

Lewis' career winning percentage: 51% Cinci's all-time winning percentage without Lewis: 43% He's done a good job with a reputedly cheap and mismanaged organization, IMO. I said it in another thread but the fact that they used to only employ like 3 scouts and one of them was the owners son (or something roughly like that) makes his above .500 record look stellar.
TakeYouToTasker Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 It's weird... I could have sworn that you guys said you don't win games in today's NFL with defense and running games, much less playoff games. I also seem to remember multiple "The Bills suck because they didn't draft Andy Dalton" threads.
NoSaint Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 Rivers wore a bolo in his post game interviews. Just wanted to add that.
FluffHead Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 Rivers wore a bolo in his post game interviews. Just wanted to add that. He has worn that a lot this year and the rumor is that the bolo tie is undefeated
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 Like I said though Mark, Cinci is a traditionally horrible team. Lewis' career winning percentage: 51% Cinci's all-time winning percentage without Lewis: 43% He's done a good job with a reputedly cheap and mismanaged organization, IMO. And the fact is that Cincy is never going to do better than Marvin Lewis. They should be thrilled with what he's done there. As a Bills fan, I would be thrilled if Donahoe had hired Lewis instead of Gregg with two G's.
