Losers almost kill baby

Recommended Posts

I am gonna go ahead and reply to your post since you actually wrote a post worth responding too and made a fair point and you deserve a proper response.

The situation is simple...As a business professional in this industry in CA, I am bound to full compliance, so i speak in full compliance. We do not issue doctors rec's to patients, and we do not evaluate patients. Just like a Pharmacy does not evaluate people either, they just fill prescriptions. And some of the most abused, addictive, and deadly drugs done in this county every day are prescription drugs they get from pharmacies.

So, when i say that every single patent has an authentic (and original copy only) doctors rec that we additionally validate through the issuing doctor at time of the persons application to join our collective, then that is exactly what we do. I simply said that EVERY single patient has authenticated and current paperwork from a licensed doctor...period. I made no claims what so ever about the ease or difficulty of obtaining a rec from an issuing doctor, nor did I say that there needs were or were not valid.

Thats not my business, thats the business of the issuing doctors. My responsibility is not to validate the condition of the individual...my responsibility is to validate the letter from the doctor as to be authentic, original, and from the doctor that wrote it.

Obviously a lot of people who have these doctor recs more than likely have them for recreational use in CA, but thats not my job to determine. The fact its not recreationally legal is ridiculous anyway as its substantially safer to use than alcohol or tobacco, but thats all likely to change in 2014 in CA anyway. At the same time, I have a lot of patients who are seriously ill, seriously injured, and/or terminally ill.

I have a responsibility to remain in compliance, so I refer to them as patients as that is what they are called in CA. Let me tell you how stupid the laws are in CA regarding this. If I "sell" someone marijuana in my store then I just did an illegal transaction. If I take a financial "donation" and in return "donate" back to the "patient" then I am in full compliance. They are both the exact same thing, and exchange of money for cannabis, but LITERALLY linguistics make it a legal or illegal transaction. For instance, if you run an add that says "BOGO" which is short for (Buy one, get one free) then you just ran an ad to illegally sell marijuana. If you run an add that says "DOGO" (short for Donate for one, get one free) then you are legal.

Its absurd here because CA was the first to legalize in 97 and did not put proper regulation in place and became like the wild wild west out here and laws, rules, etc vary from city to city and constantly are changing. Where as newer states, say like AZ, learned from the CA issues and instituted a specific guidelines, regulations, licenses, etc that apply to the entire state.

You seem surprised that there is silly nomenclature involved. You shouldn't be as this happens in a lot of fields. One good example is casino gambling in states with laws against........wait for it...............casino gambling. In many cases there are enough legislators in favor of it to get a law passed but not enough people or time for constitutional amendments which would be required. This is why a place like Indiana, where I live, passes pro casino laws although then doesn't allow casinos to be built. You end up with boats/ships fully docked housing casinos. Or why slot machines are called something other than slot machines or poker is played in a video game like format with no person dealing the cards. There are a lot of work-arounds and what you describe is very similar.

I'm not sure exactly how/why Cali did things the way they did using terms like "collective" and such. I would think even the pro pot people would dislike that term as it makes everyone sound like the stereotypical mind numbed drone. I would think that is a stereotype which, though based in reality, would slow down sales somewhat. My guess is that so many of the legislators in California are commies, they think of this term in a positive way and worked it in there for passage. I would also surmise that the pot heads don't really care as long as they get their fix and that the dealerships, although disappointed with the poor marketing, would take what they can get to come out of the shadows a bit. So there you have it....collectives, video poker, riverboats, patients, DOGO and all sorts of other stuff being called things they are not.

It is not just gambling and pot, this stuff happens in above board business from time to time too.

For the record I think it would be tough for you to figure out which of your customers or the doctors writing prescriptions are legit and the state should not expect it from you. It would be very time consuming and hurt your business. I also think it would be a double standard if you were speak out against firms that get large contracts with the state because they "know someone", or because they made some campaign donation or to be upset when some corporate fat cat gets out of a jail sentence. That is because the wink and a nod nature of the goose is also good for the gander.

The question I'd have is whether California actually enforces rule with the doctors and checks validity of prescriptions through audits and/or monitors the dealerships by sending in undercover people to try and buy pot. Governments do this with underage alcohol and in other areas. Do they do it with pot? I know a lot of times they'll find some kid who looks 35 but is really just under the legal age and send him to try to buy a six pack and the store/bar risks their license. Do they send authentic pot heads to try and fool dealerships or would they send someone more easily discerned from the regular clientele?

you avoid valid arguments and weave straw hats.

Edit

I'll help you. You can overdose on alcohol. Right? Why have we never heard someone die from alcohol poisoning in beer? Just like weed it is next to impossible but leave it to some jackass to do it. And with all the money going in to big marijuana and it becoming a huge busjness it is getting very refined. And someone will create a very potent and dangerous strain. It is just the way it is. There is huge money there. uCLA and all of these medical imstitions are at the front of it because of money and nothing more. They will be the leaders in this country on studying marijuana and when every state legalizes it. And they will. California will have the biggest book on research on yhr country. And your Dr friend. The almighty Saint they are. They're only in it for the money. Maybe he or she is still fooling themselves that they took an oatth but their bosses and powers that be aren't.

So weed gets propped up. And everything else pushed down. Stoners cling to the horrible argument that it is a cure all. And it should be legalized to help ease pain and all sorts. It should be. It should never have been made illegal in the first place. But spare the world the crap. Its nothing amazing. Its nothing that great. The only reason it hasn't been made legal in most places is because there hasn't been enough done to figure out how to get more money from it. Otherwise, those thousand some acres here in the Piedmont thay RJR owns and tested growing marijuana on back in the 60's and 70's would be growing it today.

What are you talking about? This is my point, you just totally made more stuff up. There are approximately 50,000 deaths per year from alcohol poisoning. You just wrote that it's rare...hahaha, come on man. You see, I keep providing facts, you and others make stuff up. Here is a link.

http://www.ask.com/question/deaths-due-to-alcohol-poisoning

And it's VERY possible to die from alcohol, and the death is directly related to the amount of alcohol in the body. You can not get enough weed in your body to die from weed itself.

Wow, this has gotten hilarious and quite entertaining. Next BS point please

Hahahaha please show me one valid argument. I present facts and fools here present sarcasm and made up rants and lies. Only you people would call making crap up that are completely incorrect valid points.

You discuss cases where extracts were used in oils or pills to help people with tumors and use them as justification for selling all varieties of pot to anyone who wants it in Colorado or circumventing laws in California. It's like arguing that vitamin D is a good substitute for for gasoline because it doesn't create greenhouse gasses. It makes no sense.

you're like the dumbest mouse. Jumps on the first trap with a slice of cheese and doesn't even pay attention to the whole wheel next to it. Dance for me puppet. Dance

Clearly what I said is marijuana is just like beer. Its aboutas harmless as you can get drug wise. When someone refines it and makes it all jazzed up -turning it more potent, weed or alcohol, that's when it becomes dangerous. With all of these Walter whites out there it will only be a matter of time before some cross of weed gets made that is actually dangerous.

Bur again. Ignore the point i am making. Marijuana is nothing special. It is no cure all. Your job. Your doctor friend. All of this research on marijuana is nothing more then a money game. You're not saving anyone and only foolinf yourself

OMG, you are so desperate that you are now inventing a form of cannabis that does not exist to try and make it dangerous. In the history of the world, not one death. 50,000 deaths YEARLY from alcohol poisoning (too much in one night).

So lets recap...I have shown you links, science, facts, doctors endorsements, scientific research proving all your statements complete false and provided links to information to help educate you. You choose to DISREGARD every piece of actual evidence and refute that by saying some super weed is gonna be invented and eventually lead to the FIRST over dose on cannabis in the history of the world...all the while ignoring the statistics of:

Hundreds of thousands of smoking deaths yearly

50,000 alchohol poisoning deaths yearly

40,000 driving alcohol deaths yearly

Thousands of distracted driver deaths yearly (cell phones, make up, eating, etc)

But want to vilify ZERO medical deaths EVER IN HISTORY and 400 vehicular deaths attributed to cannabis. You are a joke and on a crusade.

You have yet to provide anything at any point that is rooted in REAL FACTS, REALITY, or LOGIC. Its all your flawed opinion, and yes I can say your opinion is flawed even though its your opinion, because its based on completely made up information and false statements you spew out.

Alcohol poisoning: 50,000 deaths ANNUALLY

Smoking Deaths: 440,000 deaths ANNUALLY

Second Hand Smoking Deaths: 44,000 ANNUALLY

Prescription Over Doses: 25,000 Annually

40% of all Children under the age of 6 poisoned come from pharmaceuticals.

Cannabis: Zero Deaths in the history of the world, and its been around longer than Alcohol as its a natural growing plant thats been on earth as long as we have.

Alcohol driving deaths: 40,000 annually

Cannabis driving deaths: 400

Damn those pesky facts. And don't ask for links, your lazy asses can scroll back as I have already linked the pages on CDC to verify the stats.

But you are right, its SOOOOOOOO Dangerous compared to every day things you don't have a problem with. Oh what shall we do, this reefer madness is so scary and so dangerous, we are all dooooooommmmmeeeeddd.

LMAO...Hey, 1940 called and they want their paranoid, uniformed, uneducated, fear mongering opinion back.

A super weed is going to be invented. Technically it is already here. Again, not my point. I don't care about weed. I care about what people mix with it and the way they use it but that is a whole different discussion.

Alright, we will make this easy. I agree with everything you just said. I am wrong, marijuana is perfectly safe.

OK, but why the hell are we not using other natural sources? Will you ever get the balls to acknowledge this? No. You won't.

There are numerous other plants that are just as potent for their effects as weed, and most are much more plentiful. Of course, I agreed with everything you said to get you to shut up and finally get to what I have been bringing up over and over again but you won't. Why is weed the almighty cure all but things sold at a place like GNC a waste of money, not worth using and all the other stuff that the medical field claims as a whole? Have you ever got it in your stubborn head that maybe if you provided a customer with something other then weed that could help them just as much? I mean, that's what it is about for the most part. Eliminating pain without Rx drugs by basically blocking pain receivers and dopamines and triamines and thiamines and snosberries. Marijuana is a strong drug, have I ever said it's not? Have I ever in any of the things I take back because you're too arrogant to even pay attention said that weed was bad? No!

Weed is not that special. Simple, sad and true. You peddle it so you love it. I get it. Grassfed charolais beef is the best thing you can put on your plate. I get it!

With all of your links and articles about how great it is you further my point. That weed is over dramatized, over hyped and all about big money. Find me as many articles about catnip for humans and I will give you my farm. Find me articles written in the last year 3 years that talk about the effects of choline on the human mind.

For someone who is supposed to be all in to herbal medicine or what ever the hell you Californians are all about, well, you really don't know squat at these head shops ya'll have. There is much more to herbal medicine then weed.

edit: Also you're right up there with JuanGuzzle, Gator and the best of the best at being narrowminded and spouting off about nothing. I really really haven't done much to debate you because I don't care about what weed can do. I want to see what it takes for you to simply admit weed is just not that important to anyone but those who want to profit from it. More or less, just own the fact that weed is just weed and nothing in the grand scheme of none Rx medicine.

Wow, see was this so hard...first legitimate post I have seen from you.

I agree, because of ridiculous politics and government, things like gambling, cannabis, etc get call screwed up from the ground up.

Let me answer your question in the last paragraph that you wondered about. CA does enforce the legitimacy of the doctors, that is a must. On the other hand, there is not anyway for any governing body to really regulate the validity of the patient claims made to the doctor. There in lies the loop hole, and why it should just be legalized recreationally and properly taxed and regulated. The issue is that there are many things that cannabis use LEGITIMATELY can benefit, especially in pain management and appetite stimulation. The problem is that many of these things can be validated through testing. There are not tests to verify if the individual suffers from bad head aches, back pain, etc.

Take me for example...I suffer from chonic low back pain. X rays and MRI's don't really show whether I do or do not have pain. Because I claim to have pain (which I do) they can speculate on what the see in those tests as to what causes. Had I said I have no pain, they probably wouldn't really see much cause for pain either. There are no tests that will show if the patient truly has a headache...they just say they do. Same with appetite loss. Cant really prove it, patient could just be not eating to get a card.

Now, let me clarify, none of what I said up there even applies as MRI's, X-Rays, or other tests are NOT required for a doctor to issue a recommendation for Cannabis in the first place. I am just showing that even if they did, it does not help the situation because there are many things you can get it prescribed for that would not show up any test to verify or disprove a patients claims.

So, yes, they regulate the legitimacy of the doctors (and that is necessary as BS doc rec places have popped up using Masseuse and other fraudulent things to issue recs). However, they don't really have anyway to regulate whether the doctor is issuing recs to legitimate patients because its based on the claims of the patient. They could track the success rate a doctor has of issuing them, however, that would be impossible really as all these specialized doc rec places have like a 98% success rate. In fact about the only way to get denied is to basically verbally say to the doc that you are not really experiencing what ever symptoms and just want a card to smoke pot.

I personally can attest to the TRUE medical benefits to cannabis, but I also fully whole heartedly believe it should be recreationally legal as the medical legalization only causes so many issues with regulation, taxation, and wastes absurds amounts of money trying to enforce whether its medical or not.

A super weed is going to be invented. Technically it is already here. Again, not my point. I don't care about weed. I care about what people mix with it and the way they use it but that is a whole different discussion.

LOL, I have not ignored that question, I have limited time to respond and there have been other things I have responded from multiple posters and didn't even really see that.

First off, this is a simple answer. Its FULLY LEGAL to do research on those other things...fully. Cannabis is a CSA 1 scheduled drug, meaning that proper analysis and research is ILLEGAL to conduct and they have not even begun to scratch the surface to what cannabis can do. People are crying for it to be legalized in the medical field because they currently can't get funding for research on a federally illegal substance. So why do you expect a cry out for something legal with no issues? Why would anyone talk about things that have no news value because there is no battle to research it?

Plus, Cannabis has been scientifically already shown with limited research to drastically impact many areas of medicine: For instance:

Did you know THC is only 1 of about an estimated 60 types of cannabinoids found in cannabis?

Did you know that CBD is another one and being called a "cancer killer" as its been found to kill cancer cells?

Did you know that Cannabis has been found to significantly reduce seizuers?

I could go on and on about what it medically impacts, but most of that has already been discussed or you can google it for more info.

But back to your question...the point is, Cannabis is a CSA 1 controlled substance federally and because of that the ability to truly research what it can do is limited.

The other herbs are NOT illegal, so therefore no one is campaigning for them because there is nothing to campaign for.

I can't believe that wasn't obvious to you and that this is the question you are hung up on.

PS: Lets get something straight...cannabis is not special to me because of my business (and I don't smoke very much as I work a lot and never smoke and drive, never smoke while working, and don't let any of my staff either)...is special to me because I have seen first hand what it can do for people. Its special because I truly believe in what it can do and how it saved a friends life diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. When I got into this business I maybe smoked once a year, if that. I got into this business after seeing my friends life saved. I was a real estate investor (and occasionally worked with friends on tv or film projects) and got into this because I got fascinated in what it did for people I knew. I did research, met my friend who is a doctor on UCLA's breast cancer research team, and decided I wanted to do this and do it the right way, in full compliance, and be the best of the best and gold star for how this industry should run. I have achieved that and am proud of what we are.

And yes, people do come in with LEGIT doctors recs that got them for the sole purpose of smoking weed for pleasure, and I have no way to know or authority to control that. So what though, its better than them drinking and I don't have a problem with people drinking. Its their choice, and a medically safe choice, and i am fine with that as I feel it should be legal anyway.

Cigarettes should be illegal...they kill people, and the people around them.

Maryland ready to throw their hat in the ring? Very nice. Crabcakes/Casinos/Cannabis trio sounds like a good time, I can drive a few hours to support this.

You know how much of a loser you sound like getting excited about driving a few hours to smoke a weed.

I wouldn't be going solely to "smoke a weed" . I might go to an Orioles or Ravens game, I might go eat Seafood at one of many nice options. I might go to Maryland Live and play a little poker. loserville for sure. so many dumb options called life. god forbid anyone has any fun around here.

incorrect, thats how you chose to live your life in the past. don't project your inability to live without "revolving around getting high" on me.

if Maryland wants to treat it like alcohol good for them. The inner harbor is a great time now with a nice open container policy for most bars close to Orioles/Ravens games.

add a little green to that, who cares?

Got it. Inner harbor on game day is solid FTR.

No 30 plus years ago I was part of that subpar clientele. But if you like hanging out with a bunch of drunk stoners wandering the street have at it.

I don't really think anything should be illegal when it comes to the cigs, alcohol, or drugs. Let people be adults and do what they want to mess their life up any way they want.

Anyway, my only follow up question that I have been waiting to ask:

Doesn't it disappoint you that there is no research done on the other already legal alternatives? That the whole pushing pot narrative is controlling what is getting done research wise and finding what are basically ulterior motives for the common social/pleasure smoker to gain more access to the drug? I mean, come on, you treat people who medically need this stuff and I would bet over half in California who has prescriptions just want to get high without any real ailments. It just seems to be setting the whole thing back a bit - people like RLB, Dog, and whoever else have chimed in here about pleasure smoking - are not helping your push.

Wouldn't a more logical fight then be to fight for researchers abilities to actually do research utilizing CSA 1 drugs? This would get at the supposed true goal of cures without having to have smelly hippies almost kill babies.

And why just pot, why not all drugs? If heroine had an "extract" that could cure cancer, why not use it?

If people say they want research, then fight for research; don't make smelly losers be the front line in the battle. Unless of course that is the battle.

My opinion is that it comes down to a numbers thing. For every one legitimate researcher, I'm guessing there are at least 50 quacks and 1000 1960's throwbacks that offer little to nothing for society or the cause....except perhaps one thing......their numbers and the value of those numbers in fighting for research via recreation. These dolts can be loud and say the same incoherent stuff over and over and over again about recreational use until everyone just gets sick of them yapping and they get their way. It will have repercussions. Some of these may be good like treatments when these things are properly tested by professionals. Some will be bad like having to put up with these losers 24/7 and emboldening the call for legalization of additional drugs which will sprinkle the streets with all different types of losers and continue to erode the pillars of our nation, but hey I'm sure it will take more than a generation for the Chinese or the Islamists to fully take over so no Jerry Garcia wannabes will be impacted....just their grandchildren.

pretty much sums up the same point over and over again that everyone else in the world has been bringing up.

Alpha is trying his best to defend his position. Good for him, I give him credit for effort. But, that he cannot give a reasonable answer to that type of statement makes me that much more firm that it is all a rouse to get potheads high and work on the development of a big business marijuana industry.
