DC Tom Posted December 31, 2013 Posted December 31, 2013 He had to violate more than just that one rule, and over a significant period of time, to get that level of censure. It is the height of stupidity to punish someone that severely for breaking that one rule after making a good-faith effort to satisfy it and exercising reasonable judgement under the circumstances in breaking it.
