NY Times will use ''native ads'' on their web site

FYI "Native ads" are what "Informercials" are to TV.

Basically, on a newspaper web site they are advertisements that are dressed up to look just like real articles.

Journalism gets lower and lower every day.

That should work for the NYT since their newspaper is basically WH advertisements dressed up to look just like real articles.

My favorite NYT ad recently was the one where they explained that when Barack Obama repeatedly liedto Americans to get Obamacare passed, he simply 'mispoke.'

Great ad, that one.

Great ad, that one.

Perhaps he was just using some rhetorical flourish.

I agree this is perfect for the Times since there will be almost no distinction between the ads and the articles.
