bisonbrigade Posted December 20, 2013 Posted December 20, 2013 (edited) I hope Moeaki turns out to be a steal. Could be the pick up of the year IF, he can stay healthy. He is a weapon that Miami did not have to to game plan against. Edited December 20, 2013 by bisonbrigade
26CornerBlitz Posted December 20, 2013 Posted December 20, 2013 Looking fwd to seeing what he looks like.
Mark Vader Posted December 20, 2013 Posted December 20, 2013 I'd be surprised if he could have a big impact in these last two games since he's missed a lot of time.
Thurmal34 Posted December 20, 2013 Posted December 20, 2013 This could be an Epsteinesque circa 2003 (Billy Mueller, Cabin Mirror, Big Papi) type move. Hopefully the player can stay healthy.
26CornerBlitz Posted December 20, 2013 Posted December 20, 2013 (edited) I wonder who sits With EJ, Stevie, and Aaron Williams all out, there's room for Moeaki to be active. Tuel has to be one of those spots, however. Edited December 20, 2013 by 26CornerBlitz
bisonbrigade Posted December 20, 2013 Author Posted December 20, 2013 Nothing to loose pick up with high ceiling in an area of need. Fire him up and lets see what he's got.
Thurmal34 Posted December 20, 2013 Posted December 20, 2013 I'm more excited to see what he can do in 2014 if he can stay on the field. The dude has talent when healthy.
NoSaint Posted December 20, 2013 Posted December 20, 2013 Nothing to loose pick up with high ceiling in an area of need. Fire him up and lets see what he's got. I'd have little to no expectation this week- probably very situational, limited handful of plays/packages and some special teams.
DefenseWinzChampionshipz Posted December 20, 2013 Posted December 20, 2013 (edited) I really hope Moeaki turns out to be an excellent pickup. I know this has zero relevance to reality but, I use Moeaki as my starting TE in Madden and the guy catches everything. Before we signed him I used to use Gragg over Chandler cuz of Gragg's speed, but he used to drop passes often. Then in a real game Gragg dropped an easy grab and I was like wow, does Madden know players for real? Lol. I don't know anything of Moeaki prior to us picking him up but he's single handedly been the reason for a couple of Wins for me in Madden. For that reason and others which have to do with our real life need of a TE, I hope he pans out. Let's hope Madden is right about this guy. Edited December 20, 2013 by DefenseWinzChampionshipz

At this point, I am looking for optimism anywhere I can find it!
NoSaint Posted December 20, 2013 Posted December 20, 2013 2 TE sets with Chandler? Why not. sure, but even within that, probably a bit limited just because hed still be picking up the playbook, audibles, reads, etc.... i would be surprised if he gets significant snaps, but i wouldnt be shocked if they try to get him the ball a couple times to knock some of the rust off and welcome him to the team.

Hopefully one of those in the middle of the endzone.

BuffaloWings Posted December 20, 2013 Posted December 20, 2013 Nothing to loose lose pick up with high ceiling in an area of need. Fire him up and lets see what he's got. Sorry...I don't mean to be the grammar nazi, but this drives me nuts. As for the subject, I'm more than interested to give anyone a chance. If Moeaki can stay healthy, I like this.
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted December 20, 2013 Posted December 20, 2013 I use Moeaki as my starting TE in Madden and the guy catches everything. That's all the proof I need. This guy is going to be a hall of famer.
papazoid Posted December 20, 2013 Posted December 20, 2013 2 TE sets with Chandler? Why not. better yet Gragg & Moeaki
