November 7, 1993 - NBC Meet The Press at the end of a Tim Russert and Tom Brokaw sit down interview with President Bill Clinton live from the Oval Office.

Tim Russert: Thank you for letting us join you in the Oval Office today. I take it this is the room where you'll invite the Buffalo Bills after they win the Super Bowl.

President Clinton: That's right. The Buffalo Bills will be here if they win the Super Bowl this year.

Tim Russert: Mr. President, thank you very much.

Tom Brokaw: You'll be in office a long time if that's the case. (Laughter)

Of course, the Buffalo Bills went on to lose Super Bowl XXVIII, their fourth straight, to Dallas, 30-13. Russert died suddenly on June 13, 2008 after collapsing at the NBC offices in Washington, having never seen the Bills win a Super Bowl. At least he never had to watch these imbeciles play now.
