mart Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 Why are we fed the same nonsense by management including Marrone and certain players on the press conferences. We should all be tired of hearing how we did!t play good, we are disapointed, and promising how better we are going to be. Don!t these guys realize they are insulting the intelligence of their fan base, the people who (help) pay their salary Can!t just for once the Coach just say we are a bad football team now and will try and get better, and leave it at that. What is the worse that can happen to Marrone with over 2 years left on his contract? Getting fired today? That would!nt happen, but if it did he would collect his money and then get another job in football. Like most of our previous coaches I believe he is a nice guy and this mess is not all on him or EJ, as he inherited these players but if getting beat 2 weeks in a row by 3-9 teams, makes us a real bad football with no answers on how to get better, just say what we all know.
BillsFan-4-Ever Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 what do you want them to say, We played like and will always play like
Johnny Hammersticks Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 You really expect Marrone or Brandon to walk up to the podium and say...."We stink, we have made terrible personnel decisions, our coaching has been terrible, and don't bother buying tickets for a while because we are going to be painful to watch for a long time." ?
mart Posted December 10, 2013 Author Posted December 10, 2013 Maybe if so few people go to the Miami game they will get the message, because nothing else has worked for 14 years, but on second thought maybe that woul!nt work either
DefenseWinzChampionshipz Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 (edited) I thought this thread was for lesbianists. I was curious to see what they had to say. Oh and, was the OP writing a poem, or is that just the way he writes? Edited December 10, 2013 by DefenseWinzChampionshipz
Heitz Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 Oh and, was the OP writing a poem, or is that just the way he writes? That's my biggest question about Mart, does he write like that for any reason? Or is it just for attention? Or perhaps a strange cut and Paste? Don't poems rhyme? Also, the contention of the post is that the coach needs to say we're not good, didn't he: "But I find it very difficult after that game to stand up here and defend a lot of things. I thought we played poorly. I shouldn’t say ‘I thought,’ I know we played poorly in all three phases. We had penalties, we had turnovers, we had misreads, we had missed tackles. We had things go wrong for us that there have been times during the year where we’ve been making improvements on it and probably out of any point during the season, it hit all at once in this game. Maybe it’s been a little bit here and there; this game was at once" Regardless, same rant / disjointed rambling, different thread...

Not all poems rhyme but yeah, I ask myself the question You ask yourself about The way he writes.
Just Jack Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 Maybe it's one of those haikus that were so popular five years ago.
mart Posted December 10, 2013 Author Posted December 10, 2013 Saying we had things go wrong for us----and it all at once in this game and talking about the improvements they!ve made is different than saying we are a bad football team, unless you are the few who think we are not.

Max997 Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 Why would anyone pay attention to what a coach or player says in a press conference
Just in Atlanta Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 They want us to cheer I'm so done with this lame team Sheep: See you next year

Have you ever listened to players and coaches from other teams after the game? All say the same thing. Why bother listening? Watch the game, get pissed, live your life and wait for next Sunday.
