It is interesting what all of the responding Senators that exempted their staff from Obamacare have in common.

 

Given that OPM's directive basically said "We can't give practical guidance on how Congress defines their staffers as full- or part-time, so we'll have to rely on the Congressmen's discretion," one thing they all have in common is abusing that discretion.
