She apparently wasn't drunk as she had stated and there were two different male dna samples found that night. This will probably stick with him for years either way. The real deal breaker is physical evidence in herself... is there any evidence that she fought back? If not, they probably won't charge. That doesn't mean Winston didn't rape her, it just means that there isn't clear evidence of it. If a woman says "no" just once, and doesn't say anything else, it's still rape. If she's drunk, and can't make clear decisions, it's rape. Most rapists get away with it, because it's very hard to actually make a clear case, and that's even if the victim comes forward. Quote

But locally, he was a starter on their baseball team, was the top QB on the first Elite 11 season shown on ESPN and was the top QB in the nation his senior year.
