Dorkington Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 Damn. I had him starting on my fantasy team this week.
JÂy RÛßeÒ Posted December 4, 2013 Author Posted December 4, 2013 With Freddy & CJ still getting dinged on a weekly basis this is somewhat surprising to me.
NoSaint Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 thats a surprise. obviously a gailey guy, but didnt expect it to come in december.
Captain Hindsight Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 With Freddy & CJ still getting dinged on a weekly basis this is somewhat surprising to me. Both seem to be pretty healthy now. They must like Wingo.
The Big Cat Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 thats a surprise. obviously a gailey guy, but didnt expect it to come in december. Roster space? For...?
NoSaint Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 Both seem to be pretty healthy now. They must like Wingo. i really havent followed the wingo story line at all - its almost certainly the case though.
GG Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 Doesn't make sense to release him, considering his effectiveness as the all-purpose backup. Something must have happened. If Wingo wowed them in practice, why not give him a few carries when Spiller was out? Odd timing to say the least.
Fan in Chicago Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 Both seem to be pretty healthy now. They must like Wingo. Or Summers has shown enough to be a FB who can also carry at times. But the outright release must be to get someone else on the roster.
CodeMonkey Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 (edited) Roster space? For...? Maybe there is someone on the practice squad they want to have a look at during this early preseason? Or maybe someone who is currently unemployed? It is surprising though. I would have thought they could have found better deadwood than him. Edited December 4, 2013 by CodeMonkey
Steve O Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 Roster space? For...? Next year's first round pick of course
Fan in Chicago Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 Doesn't make sense to release him, considering his effectiveness as the all-purpose backup. I don't think he was particularly effective
BringBackFergy Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 Maybe making room for Peyton Hillis?? ohhhh, wait...he's on the Bucs.
Dorkington Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 I like that he put in effort, but wasn't big into how much **** he talks once he gets on the field.
NoSaint Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 Maybe making room for Peyton Hillis?? ohhhh, wait...he's on the Bucs. we really owe that guy an apology
atlbillsfan1975 Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 Choice looked pretty bad on one run last week. That was the only time i saw him run it. i doubt that is why, but Choice has always been more of a 'ploder' type guy. You wish his talent matched his leadership desire.
