DrDawkinstein
we are in a strange and sick time now. End of the world 2020. Ehhhhh, that's not true. What you are feeling is a product of the Media Entertainment Industry's 24/7 news cycle, and the Powers that be. Both of which profit from fear. I'll agree that people seem to be losing a sense of reality based values, but senseless murders over trivial things is a staple of human history. We're just hearing about it more. Here's the good news: "Wars are becoming less frequent. Life expectancy has more than doubled in the past century. More children than ever are going to primary school. The world is better than it has ever been." http://www.wired.com/business/2013/11/bill-gates-wired-essay/
