Hey Hey Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 I would love to see a live Buffalo at the Ralph on gameday! It sounds like a great idea. Get er done.
San Jose Bills Fan Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 In 1798, The Holland Land Company hired Theophile Cazenove of Philadelphia as its agent in the newly established hub for the area in nearby Batavia, NY. Wow. The world has really changed since then. Can you imagine a company hiring a theophile in this day and age?
oman128 Posted November 28, 2013 Author Posted November 28, 2013 Maybe we can move the Zoo next to the stadium and in order to get into the stadium you walk through the an area. Where the Buffalos roam.
Rockinon Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 ...and, and, and.... then have a guy with a mustache and goatee wearing a cow suede jacket with fringe down the sleeves slaughter them from a train car. Right? Something like bringing real buffalo to games would never fly today. There would be too many people saying it's a cruelty to animals case. Would really be in trouble if we staged a modern day Buffalo Bill circus.
snydert317 Posted November 29, 2013 Posted November 29, 2013 The biggest problem would be getting it to and from the game in a realistic and humane way. Those things like to move a lot and you won't convince them otherwise not to do it. They ride in trailers just fine. You run them before you do it. believe me, I have trailered everything from endangered antelope and rhinos to giraffes.
timtebow15 Posted November 29, 2013 Posted November 29, 2013 They should lead the team onto the field! Bring a real stampede. Could you imagine getting them to run and then trying to get them to stop?

At Colorado, they run them into one of those animal carrying trucks (that you see horses in on the highway). They said they have great stopping ability. Which they must because it's going full speed when it's running into the truck and somehow stops before it bangs into the wall.
