White Linen Posted December 1, 2013 Posted December 1, 2013 Dude or Dudette, What are you talking about? I said he spends his time on fanhood which is more valuable than his money. How does that not make me a fan?
PromoTheRobot Posted December 1, 2013 Posted December 1, 2013 (edited) Dude or Dudette, What are you talking about? I said he spends his time on fanhood which is more valuable than his money. How does that not make me a fan? Spending time relentlessly peeing on a team and its true fans is nothing to be proud of. And by not spending any money on tickets, etc, that person expects us to sell out games so he/she can watch at home while posting threads calling us suckers. bbb Posted December 1, 2013 Posted December 1, 2013 "The team itself has been irrelevant for years, but somehow these fans find it in them to brave the weather and pack the Ralph every single season. They also have one of the best tailgating atmospheres in the NFL. It isn't uncommon to see former players and even the great Jim Kelly on game day either. Tailgating and packing the stadium every Sunday with Buffalo's weather is admirable. These are the most loyal fans in the NFL. The Bills have not been to the playoffs in 14 seasons, but turn on the Bills on a Sunday, and you'd have no idea judging by the fans. They are loud and intense on game day. " http://queencityspor...r_rankings.html It truly is admirable the enthusiasm shown at the games. Even when the season is lost (not this one yet). And, the TV ratings are insane for the Bills in Buffalo.
8-8 Forever? Posted December 1, 2013 Posted December 1, 2013 (edited) Loyalty or suckers could be (and has been) debated endlessly. One thing is for certain, Bills fans love a good tailgate. i wonder what attendance would be like if open fires and alcohol were banned within a mile of the stadium .. just wondering how much people come for the cheap all day get bombed anything goes party vs. actual primary interest in rooting and pulling intelligently for the team in the stadium.. or if tickets were priced in line with other NFL franchises… i think we all know the answer to this Edited December 1, 2013 by 8and8Forever
