Kirby Jackson Posted November 17, 2013 Posted November 17, 2013 Exactly but The organization has the luxury of shifting blame to Nix and can take another swing at QB if the powers that be like Whaley's direction. They make Nix the fall guy if it doesn't work out and take another QB. I guess that is possible. The sad reality is that a lot of people have risked a lot on EJ. It is a little odd to me to hitch your wagon to a guy that was certainly considered high risk and high reward. Usually, the new guys try to hitch their wagon to someone that is universally considered safe.
QCity Posted November 17, 2013 Posted November 17, 2013 From weeks 1-5 EJ was a Whaley pick all the way. After the Pittsburgh game the truth came out and we finally learned that Nix was the man that drafted him. Now that we beat the Jets, it turns out that was a lie and Whaley really did draft EJ (phew!). Tune in next week to see how far BIlls fans will distort reality for their own peace of mind!
