GG Posted November 12, 2013 Posted November 12, 2013 It is clear from the HC's mouth to all ears that leadership comes from him. Does it really? I think most successful coaches believe that it comes from their players. Can you even imagine Jim Kelly passively sitting by when Marv decides to punt on 4th and five, down two scores in the 4th quarter on the opponents 40 yrd? Neither can most of us. He just doesn't seem to get it. Are you talking about the 1990 Jim Kelly or the 1986 Jim Kelly?
26CornerBlitz Posted November 12, 2013 Posted November 12, 2013 @salmaiorana My column on # Bills coach Doug Marrone and his passionate accountability. http://on.rocne.ws/1hB9NI4 via @DandC
BuffaloBillsMagic1 Posted November 12, 2013 Posted November 12, 2013 With a real NFL QB and a tall redzone receiver like a david nelson, this team would be 7-3!!!! Not the coach's fault in my opinion. We are like 24 million below cap and coul dhave used som efor depth and a better backup qb than ever hurt Kolb.
HamSandwhich Posted November 12, 2013 Posted November 12, 2013 You're reading into this too much. He's saying, he's the coach and he's taking the responsibility. Thats it.
