I think you're right...as I recall, Woods' catch was a true 18 or 20 yarder whereas Chandler's was a catch at 13 yards and a run in the endzone (YAC about 10). I am still trying to remember where EJ unloaded on a 25 yard strike to a WR or a long bomb but not sure if it has happened. Anyone recall? His stats show a 45 yarder but I assume that was mostly YAC.

Wasn't the 45 yarder the TD pass to Woods? I want to say play action pass right down the middle against Baltimore.

EJ is starting to remind me more and more of Trent Edwards with his penchant to quickly dump it off. He needs a little bit of that Fitzmagic gunslinger mentality. I think he really missed Woods this past weekend. He also needs to learn how to throw a receiver open. Too early to put a grade on him but he has to at least stay healthy for the rest of the season so we have a better idea in what we really have. I don't want to waste next season too only to quickly find out that EJ isn't the guy.

Where is this strong arm everyone has been talking about? On which of his 3 yard passes Sunday did he demonstrate it?

I've actually seen him throw a bullet to Stevie when SJ is about 4 yards off the LOS...he does have a strong arm, but he uses it at the most inopportune times.

Namath, Bradshaw, Fouts, Eli Manning, McNabb, Bledsoe, Simms, Elway and Cunningham?

By the end of this season EJ Manuel will have better rookie season completion percentage, TD/INT ratio and passing yards per game than EVERY ONE of those guys.

EJ guy missed three weeks of training camp and another month of regular season play. His most experienced receiver in the 2nd half of the Pitt game was TJ Graham, a player I believe will be out of football in two years.

His coordinator is making him run a no huddle offense and laughably has EJ doing multiple read option handoffs (only they're just plain handoffs, there is no option component there because EJ has been told not to run)

Look I'm not saying he's ever going to be the qb we all desperately want him to be, but the kid has less than 200 throws under his belt. He's completed about half of them and thrown less INT's on the season than Eli Manning has in one game this year.

Rookies need time. Be patient. You're a Bills fan, losing is something we're already used to anyway. We need a high pick next year with a draft like this year's and we will start rolling teams.

Maybe I am missing something, but you know what's going to happen the rest of the season? Do you steal the "Grey's Sports Almanac" from Marty McFly?
