respk Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 I'm not sure Manziel is the guy. but if there is a QB when our turn is up that would have a better chance of being a "franchise" QB than Manuel, I would definitely draft him. Right now I would say it is 50/50 whether Manuel will be a "franchise" QB. But if he doesn't improve significantly the rest of the season, the Bills should be drafting another "franchise" QB. Let them fight it out over the next 2 to 3 years and hopefully one of them becomes the "franchise" QB. Quote
