Max997 Posted November 10, 2013 Posted November 10, 2013 What is Gilmore doing?? Not impressing same as he does every week I've said since he was drafted there is nothing special about him and he has yet to prove me wrong
Boatdrinks Posted November 10, 2013 Posted November 10, 2013 At least you didn't say rusty. I give him the wind, but I would be far more likely to believe it if he hasn't looked similar all season. I fail to see the similarity between EJ today and the rest of the season. Vs the Jets, maybe, but that was one game.
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted November 10, 2013 Posted November 10, 2013 The steelers in general were supposed to suck They avg 73 rushing yards a game but will prob finish first half over 100 That's why I told all the jokers in the steelers thread not to get overconfident. IMO, we had a better shot beating KC at home than winning this game.
BADOLBILZ Posted November 10, 2013 Posted November 10, 2013 Cotchery has beaten Gilmore twice. Hey, Cotchery was good 5 years ago.
BRH Posted November 10, 2013 Posted November 10, 2013 Re the wind -- isn't this the freaking reason why we drafted manuel? Ssshhh, you're getting in the way of the excusers.
BRAWNDO Posted November 10, 2013 Posted November 10, 2013 Gilmore has not impressed me today...but that's just me. He's late to the party a lot of the time. Unfortunately it has continued from last week
John in Jax Posted November 10, 2013 Posted November 10, 2013 Meanwhile, Fitzpatrick is looking semi-good and just threw a dart/TD pass for the Titans.
HamSandwhich Posted November 10, 2013 Posted November 10, 2013 So much for the "easy" part of the schedule. There's no such thing as an "easy" game in the nfl
Griff28 Posted November 10, 2013 Posted November 10, 2013 Well even though they're losing at least they're fun to watch My God this team is so dull with Manuel. Enough with being so freaking conservative with this guy. And who was it that identified Gilmore as one of the top 10 breakout guys this year? He's been awful. Getting torched today.
Kellyto83TD Posted November 10, 2013 Posted November 10, 2013 Dear God Gilmore sucks. His wrist has nothing to do with how crappy he has played since coming back. Seems like he will be another overhyped, average at best pick by Nix
Boatdrinks Posted November 10, 2013 Posted November 10, 2013 So much for the "easy" part of the schedule. Anyone who thought today would be easy for this team is/was crazy.

Nitro Posted November 10, 2013 Posted November 10, 2013 Last 4 drives started with the same running play. Hackett is in a rut. Some one needs to smack him upside the head. The record is skipping.
Acantha Posted November 10, 2013 Posted November 10, 2013 Unless the coaches have no faith in his ability to throw an accurate ball. In which case, why is he starting? I don't know if that's the case, but if it is then likely because he's a first round draft pick that they have to get out there for experience (and desperation). IF that is the case (that they don't have the same faith in him that they have in Thad), they made a HUGE mistake by picking him. I agree that a rookie QB shouldn't be expected to play great, but not having faith in him to throw every-day passes?
BringBackFergy Posted November 10, 2013 Posted November 10, 2013 EJ gonna kill Freddie.....go downfield
