26CornerBlitz Posted November 4, 2013 Posted November 4, 2013 Heard of him, git 'er done? With all of the CBs playing now, there's no need for him. Besides that he's nowhere near the player he once was.
White Linen Posted November 4, 2013 Posted November 4, 2013 Guess he will have a lot more time to pound his fine ass wife, lol Yeah wives get pounded.
Max997 Posted November 4, 2013 Posted November 4, 2013 He's gone from the best coverman in the game to old and slow. He got torched weekly when he was with the Eagles last year. A big name with a small bite I never agreed with the hype that he was the best CB in the league when he was with the Raiders. He was a good player on a bad team who ended up being severely overrated
BillsfaninMyrtleBeach Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 Robey has been doing a great job. Had a couple of oops but all in all he is a good nickel, and is not afraid to hit, and he closes quick. Keep him, don't sign Asomugha. Too slow.
KOKBILLS Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 His game has deteriorated really quickly. He was considered the best CB in football just a few years ago. Exactly what I was thinking...I get that he's 32 and it could be expected...But this guy was considered elite...He was an All Pro in 2010...This is a pretty rapid decline...
Solomon Grundy Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 Hope he doesn't end up with the Pats or Jets!
CowgirlsFan Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 The Prince? Hide and watch. Jerry wanted him 2 years ago. I smell a signing.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 Heard of him, git 'er done? could be a fit with Pettine. If they can turn Leodis into an all star then Nnamdi will be Revis Island (when he was with the Jets ) +++ http://www.terezowen...dding-was-fake/ He's ready to live happily after after. With a nice bank account. Later dude. eek, that girl needs to get on the prime-rib diet.
nucci Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 Sign him for minimum and try him as slot coverage guy in dime/nickel......what do we have to lose? At least experinece and depth he would give us. even if he is no good? Our secondary is finally healthy and played well Sunday.
ganesh Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 This would be ok. I actually like our DBs now though. I think our Glimore/McKelvin pu pu platter is pretty good and I like Roby as well. But you can't have enough depth in the secondary. But we are also one injury away from going back to the lousy and untested ones.
26CornerBlitz Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 They released him? What a Scandal! The Pope will not approve of this.
atlbillsfan1975 Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 Nope. Robey is learning and cheap. Save the money and spend it in the off season on some FA's that fit what you need and want.
Prickly Pete Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 There is no reason to sign him right now. Let the young guys get experience if they are pressed into service again. Way more productive than bringing in a washed up Db.
