bisonbrigade Posted November 4, 2013 Posted November 4, 2013 The playoffs are a pipe dream, put to death at the goal line twice, Cincinnati and yesterday against the Chiefs. The only thing that will bring any meaning to this injury plagued, mistake filled joke of a season is to get EJ some playing time for next years season. He practiced last week, was on the sidelines, now play him. No more Tuel or Lewis.

Do you think Manuel is watching just for the hell or it? C'mon man.
Steve O Posted November 4, 2013 Posted November 4, 2013 Just like every year around this time right? !@#$ that. There are 7 games left. Win em all. I'm with you Scott. Looking at the standings, gotta believe 10-6 makes the playoffs. With any luck, last game is meaningless to NE and Tom Terrific sits it out. Jets coming off a bye (weren't they coming off a Thursday nite game last time we played?) will be a tough one but all remaining games are winnable.
Captain Hindsight Posted November 4, 2013 Posted November 4, 2013 The way the AFC is this year 8-8 could get you into the playoffs Its not like the coaching staff is refusing to play EJ. He is injured. Also I'm glad you felt the need to post the exact same thing in two threads. Really contributing to the board
Kellyto83TD Posted November 4, 2013 Posted November 4, 2013 Play Manuel? WTF makes you or anyone else think he is going to do any better than the hot mess we have been putting out there? He doesn't have it and YES I have seen enough of his play to deterimine this. The kid has no fire. He is captain checkdown / Scared to make a mistake QB. No way in hell he is going to be successful that way. I look at a freshman at FSU crushing anything manuel did there in the same offense. At what point will you all finally wake up and understand as long as Ralph runs this team, as long as Ralphs people run this team NOTHING CHANGES! 3 years from now we will STILL Be rebuilding and STILL looking for a QB unless Ralph finally kicks the bucket and a good owner comes in. Which in Buffalo is very doubtful. Just like every year around this time right? !@#$ that. There are 7 games left. Win em all. Did you send that request to Santa via the easter bunny? Because only in a fantasy world will that ever happen.

Who knows, maybe it can be done if Spiller is not out for another two weeks.
