Coach55
Octavias McKoy - 1st year playing RB as a Senior. Was a converted DB after floating around in Juco for poor grades. Yes its D-III, but the guy is truly a one man wrecking crew, especially the last 3 games. Stat lines for 7 games: Week 1 – Rush - 11-84-1 (7.6 ypc), Rec – 4-52 Week 2 – Rush – 16-165-3 (10.3), Rec – 4-37 Week 3 – Rush – 19-91-0 (4.8), Rec – 1-13 Week 4 – Rush – 27-163-4 (6.0), Rec – 1-3 Week 5 – Rush – 42-372-5 (8.9), Rec – 1-(3) Week 6 – Rush – 22-226-5(10.3) Week 7 – Rush – 43-455-5 (10.6), Rec – 1-3 Thru 7 games – 180-1556-23(8.6 ypc), Rec 12-105-0 http://espn.go.com/college-football/story/_/id/9885218/octavias-mckoy-western-connecticut-colonials-rushes-ncaa-record-455-yards
dorquemada
That's a pretty fantastic name, I say draft him.
Kirby Jackson
Admittedly I have never heard of the guy but those numbers are ridiculous. The Bills have taken shots on small school RBs in the past (Freddie, Xavier Omon and Joique Bell). They could use another IMO and this guy may be worth a late round flier. Alphadawg7
Freddie is getting up there, so I would if we could get him later. We need OL help bad (2 of our first 4 picks I expect to be OL) and could use a LB, S (assuming Byrd walks) TE all before we need a RB
Coach55
Oh god. No thanks. Another first round RB? End thread. This guy at best will be a 7th rounder.
CBD
A draft pick? Absolutely not. Every year they bring in small school RBs, I don't see why this guy wouldn't get a look somewhere though.

Rubes
Does that seriously say 455 yards rushing in one game?
WhitewalkerInPhilly
First rounder? Heh, no. Knowing our luck at RB, would I like to see someone in the #3 spot who is better than Choice, and may one day supplant Freddy? Sure. Late round pick, or UDFA sounds like a lot of sense. l< j
2 games with 40+ carries? Is he going to be able to walk up and get his diploma in May? Also, can RBs wear #8 in the NFL? kj
Trader
I think you draft or sign promising free agent running backs every year. That being said the Bills cannot afford a RB with one of the top three or four picks. I think the Bills will draft in the middle of the first round of the draft. The first pick should be a guy that will make a pro bowl sometime in the first contract. They just might find a local guy in LB K Mack here who might fall a little because of the strength of his competition. You can never go wrong with a player who can rush the passer and spend a lot of time in the other guys back field. After number one they need to find offensive line help and a first rate Tight End to complement Chandler who in my opinion is a number 2 not a number one TE. I do think that EJ would thrive in a system that used a lot of double TE or H Back formations if one of them was a good blocker.

Dibs
This guy at best will be a 7th rounder. You don't perhaps think that mid-season is a tad early to start drafting threads for potential 7th round draft picks?
Trader
You don't perhaps think that mid-season is a tad early to start drafting threads for potential 7th round draft picks? I don't think it is too early to be thinking about players who can help this team. It's part of the fun of following a team and being a fan. I don't think it is an indication of giving up on the season either. There are many ways to enjoy being the fan of a team especially one that has not been "elite" for more than a decade. 1B4IDie
You don't perhaps think that mid-season is a tad early to start drafting threads for potential 7th round draft picks? You don't think it's a bit pointless to try and curtail draft talk when there are many people that clearly are interested ? Even as early as, you may want to sit down for this, week 1? If you're not interested in draft talk don't read the threads.
