MDH
Was her sex so wild that the entire room was shaking from it? If not, why isn't the hotel libel? Something fell from the ceiling and hit her in the face, does it matter what she was doing at the time?

ICanSleepWhenI'mDead
Was her sex so wild that the entire room was shaking from it? If not, why isn't the hotel libel? Something fell from the ceiling and hit her in the face, does it matter what she was doing at the time? Basically, it was only decided that the injury wasn't received in the course of doing her job. I don't know anything about workers comp law in Australia, but in the US denial of a workers' comp claim would not prevent a separate suit against the hotel (assuming the statute of limitations hasn't expired yet).
