Max997 Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 why are they wasting out time just give him the touchdown you know you are anyway They are not wasting a timeout as scoring plays are automatically reviewed...this isn't new
Not at the table Karlos Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 That was a bull **** call on Hughes on 3rd
marcre Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 ESPN people were tweeting Graham wouldn't play today. Good info.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 if Only Grego was allowed to draft Brees, would have been the only good thing he did as HC here.
Big Turk Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 At some point, you just have to admit a team like New Orleans, playing at home is simply better then we are...plain and simple
BuffaloBillsForever Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 (edited) The saints offense has already started 5 possessions starting at the 40 or better. This game isn't on the defense. It's the only reason we are "in it" in the 3rd. Oh and Marrones team has a bigg issue with penalties. Edited October 27, 2013 by BuffaloBillsForever
Nasty Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 ok now that we are down by 18 lets run the ball on every down.....lol how about a screen or something quick crossing patterns something to beet the blitz....huh
Buffalo Barbarian Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 Twice Bills have given up touchdowns after a penalty lets the Saints drive continue...once McKelvin intercepted the ball, the other Byrd knocked it down...those are 14 points we've given them after stopping them...untimely penalties on D continue to kill us and poor coverage
DR109 Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 How about more creative and less predictable play calling Notice no one really complains about Pettine? Thats because all these people blame the players not executing as opposed to Hackett calling bad and predictable plays. Granted if every player won every individual battle then every play would work well BUT...there is nothing more predictable than run run pass....NOTHING.
Simon Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 Hacketts turtle impression with 3 minutes left in the half set the tone for the rest of this one
BRH Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 You talking about the saints or bills? Only one good team on the field today whose mistakes are uncharacteristic, and it ain't the Bills.
ganesh Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 We held on for a little bit, but this team seems to be too much for us. It's getting out of hand. We need to score a TD on this drive, or it's going to get ugly. This defense is not as good as advertised. They had their chances, but too many mental mistakes.
BringBackFergy Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 ok now that we are down by 18 lets run the ball on every down.....lol how about a screen or something quick crossing patterns something to beet the blitz....huh swinging gate??
Roc Bronson Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 LOL at least this Sun my anxiety won't be unbearable. I knew this was gonna be ugly..
Big Turk Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 The saints offense has already started 5 possessions starting at the 40 or better. This game isn't on the defense. It's the only reason we are "in it" in the 3rd. Untimely penalties have given the Saints 14 points..one negating an INT by Mckelvin, the other giving them a first down after a third down incompletion that would have forced a punt...too many mistakes on both sides of the ball, especially when you are not as talented
DR109 Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 we're not done yet here either....our guys don't give up
OldTimer1960 Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 wonder how motivated this defense will be when we are 3-9 or 4-8 at week 12? Yes, this is exactly what I was worried about when Manuel first went down. The defense has fought hard every week and were making great progress, but when the offense is so anemic, it has to be hard for the defense to stay motivated knowing that there is no way they are going to win unless the D pitches a shutout AND scores some points on their own. Things could go downhill fast unless they find a way to generate SOME offense some how.
Max997 Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 Run run pass to start second half on the road down 18 after defense forced a punt And there are people that don't see a problem with Hacketts play calling
